![]() * Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines * Excellent customer service skills including in-person, telephone and email * Yavapai County food workers training, or ability to obtain * Arizona Title 4 liquor license training, or ability to obtain * Excellent record keeping and time management skills * Positive problem solving skills and attention to detail * Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills * Must be able to display expertise in areas of responsibility * Because of the nature of this position, must be at least 21 years of age * Must have, or be working towards, a degree or certificate in Enology or hold certification as a sommelier.This is a temporary part-time position working 0-19 hours per week as scheduled. This position is located at the Yavapai College Sedona Center. Requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours including daytime and evenings and possibly some weekends. * Performs data entry and reporting functions filing and other clerical duties, as needed * May provide safety instructions and materials for students Contributes to social media for the SSC.* Generating daily sales and inventory reporting. * Collaborates with Director and Associate Dean on program promotion Utilizes public speaking skills to engage in culinary classes alongside of the Chef.* Maintain the physical presence and cleanliness of the communal eating space Have intermediate knowledge of Southwest Wine Center wines.* Greet guests, introduces wines paired with a meal, on-site sales ![]()
